Have you successfully canceled a reservation?

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time for its celebration, we will refund the credits you used to buy the service. If 24 hours have already elapsed, it will not be possible for us to return your credit.

How to cancel?

You can request cancellation by clicking on the link contained in the confirmation or in the reminder emails we are sending to you. You can also cancel an appointment from your profile in the booking panel.

How to check if I have done the cancellation correctly?

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will analyze it to process it. If the cancellation has been made correctly, your credit balance will be restored with the credits used to make the purchase.
