- If you book 14 days or less before arrival, cancellation is free during 48 hours after booking, up to 5 days before arrival.
- After this period, you can cancel up to 24 hours before arrival but 50% of your total amount will be charged.
- There will be no refund if you cancel 24 hours or less before arrival time or if you arrive and decide to leave the accommodation early.
- The Town Council has established a rule that penalizes residents who put towels or clothes on the front balconies to dry, as they are visible from the street. The guest is responsible for the municipal sanction. The apartment has a gallery and a drying rack at the rear of the building to dry your clothes and towels.
- The Town Council changed the site where bags with garbage must be placed. Now you have a recycling spot with several containers in the harbour (about 150 meters from the apartment).
- We have several chairs made of bulrush in the living room. That material could be damaged by wet, for example, if you sit down on those chairs with your soaked swimsuit. Please, be careful in these situations and use the cushions.
CHECK-IN: between 12:00 and 21:00 on the arrival day
CHECKOUT: before 15:00 on the leaving day.
