There may be others responsible for the treatments we perform, in that case, we will always inform who is responsible for the treatment of them, as well as their identification data.

6.-HOW DO WE MANAGE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS?

7.-HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Personal data we collect will be kept as long as the interested party does not request their deletion. Likewise, they will be preserved while maintaining the relationship that originated the processing of the data, respecting in any case the legal conservation periods. After this period, personal data will be deleted from all the systems of GLOCAL SAINO, S.L.

8.-WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED TO THIRD PARTIES?

There will be no transfer, transmission or transfer of personal data, except those already informed, that is not a consequence of a legal obligation. If at the request of the Public Administration under the functions that the law expressly attributes to them, your data is requested, they will be transmitted.

Likewise, we want to inform you that you can withdraw the consent given without affecting the legality of the treatment already carried out, by sending your request to the address previously indicated. 11.-HOW TO REQUEST THE DELETION OF YOUR DATA OR ASK FOR EXPORT IT?

You can request at any time the deletion of your data, as well as the files that you have uploaded to the iberside social network. To do this you must access the following route:

Once you request the deletion of your data, we will show you a message advising you that this action is irreversible and asking for confirmation of your request. Once you confirm that you understand the consequences of your action, your data will be deleted from our platform.
